Infinity sells health and wellness supplements. All products are intended for adult use only (18 years and older). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

  • Standard delivery: 2-4 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)
  • R120 flat rate nationwide delivery

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of health supplements, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to replace a balanced diet or medical treatment. Consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you:
